Due to the constraints and restrictions that we are all subject to because of Covid, the decision has been made this year to make the annual Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Archaeology Day event virtual!
The day’s presentations will be live-streamed on YouTube from 10.00am on Saturday 7 November, but if you aren’t able to watch it on the day, every session will be available on the channel after the event. However, if you want to participate in the Live Q&A, you will only be able to do so on the day.
The event usually attracts up to 200 people or more to the Merlin Theatre at Pembrokeshire College, every November. This year, however, as it became apparent going into the summer that there were still a large number of uncertainties regarding the future impact of the virus, and on people’s confidence to attend such events in person. This meant that, as event organisers, we were faced with a choice, and decided to try something new with a Live-Streamed event taking place on the scheduled date of the event.
